**Purpose of Position**:
**Objectives**:

- Developing growth strategies and plans to obtain new business for both casual and permanent staff.
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams (Job network invoicing).
- Draft and review agreements, rates and proposals for all of your own clients with an achievable but sufficient margin.
- Ensure all client sites meet WH&S standards.
- Provide support and shared resources with other members of the Makibe Group.
- Participate in the maintenance of a team environment within Makibe Group.

**Duties**:

- Further develop an existing already “warm to hot desk”.
- Identify new leads and business opportunities for the whole organisation and cross-refer such information to management and colleagues where appropriate.
- Provide the full 360-degree recruitment.
- To only supply the best safety inducted staff to clients, filling client orders, sometimes at very short notice and “on call”.
- On-sell and refer good resumes to prospects and clients.
- Comply with the company’s policies, procedures and philosophy.
- Inspect clients’ sites before placing temps ensuring safe systems and complete all WHS site inspections forms.
- Communicating daily with Team members and Managers.
- Attend and participate in all meetings.

**To be considered for the role**:

- Previous recruitment experience in labour hire (blue and/or white collar) with a proven track record.
- You must have full working rights in Australia (sponsorship not available).
- Your own transport with a current drivers’ licence.
- High competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of Fasttrack desirable but not mandatory.
- High-level communication skills
- Proven ability to negotiate, win business and build clientele.
- Conflict resolution..
- Outstanding at managing time, excellent at prioritising work loads.
- Accept delegated responsibilities.
- Self-motivation.
- Accept feedback in an open and constructive way.
- As a member of team, demonstrate strong loyalty to the Makibe Group.
