**Position Overview**:
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Provide physical support, including household tasks and personal care.
- Administer medication as required.
- Encourage and support the development of personal skills and independence.
- Attend to clients’ daily needs, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and client progress.

**Mentoring and Youth Engagement**:

- Act as a positive role model and mentor for young people.
- Support young clients in developing life skills, confidence, and social connections.
- Foster positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Australian Drivers License.
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
- Regular Access to a vehicle.
- Able to work Nightshifts.
- 12 Month experience (desirable but not essential).
- Current First Aid Certificate.
- Covid-19 Certificate/Proof of vaccination.
- NDIS Worker’s screening check.
- NDIS Training Certificate.
- Working with children check (WWCC).
- Current Police check.
- Right to work in Australia.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30 - $70 per hour

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
