**Join Our Team: Male Workers Needed for Disability Support**

Are you passionate about making a difference in someone's life?
We are currently seeking dedicated male workers to provide support for a valued client with specific disability needs.

**Position**: Disability Support Worker
**Location**: Sutherland Shire
**Hours**: Flexible Casual hours
**Pay**: Above award rates on offer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
- Provide companionship and social interaction.
- Support mobility and transportation needs.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have experience as a disability support worker, aged care or nursing.
- Workers who live locally in the Sutherland shire, St George or surrounding suburbs highly regarded.
- Must have availability to work between Monday to Sunday with flexibility to work multiple shifts.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC).
- First Aid Certificate & CPR Certificate.
- Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient individuals.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must have right to work in Australia.

Pay: From $38.00 per hour
