**About the Company**:
We are looking for an adviser assistant to support two financial advisers. Our clients have They provide the opportunity for clients who lack strategy to plan and grow their wealth in the most effective way. They are passionate about providing great client service, with high value and high touch focus. This is an ideal position for you if you enjoy supporting advisers or if you are looking for career progression into an adviser in the future

**The Role**:

- Working with Financial Planners on strategy development and research for clients
- Provide financial advisers with technical support within a changing legislative landscape
- Manage and respond to client queries within specific time frames
- Preparation and implementation of statements of Advice (SOA) and Records of Advice (ROA)
- Prepare all advice documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and relevant paperwork
- Maintain client interactions, files and database records (XPLAN)
- Work collaboratively in a team to improve various business processes

**Skills & Experience**:

- Must have experience in the Financial Planning Industry supporting a Financial Advisor
- XPLAN experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Must have a can-do attitude
