Based on the Sunshine Coast, we are in a substantial growth phase; as such we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Property Manager with a Queensland Real Estate License to join our team.

**The Position**:

- Immediate start
- Experience no necessary, we will train you
- Full-time in Maroochydore office
- Monday to Friday

**Continuous training in the following**:

- The full range of Real Estate Industry practices
- Telephone and F2F contact with clients
- Internal CRM and managing a diary
- Conducting administration duties for a portfolio of properties
- Managing property maintenance
- Conducting inspections/open homes/entries and exits
- Managing arrears
- Lease renewals
- Compliance updates

**Key Role Responsibilities**:
In this role you will be responsible for providing high quality client service and administration support within a team environment. You will primarily be handling incoming enquiries from our clients and help facilitate the smooth operation of all client associated activity including administration and travel to routine inspections/open homes and entries and exits.

**Skills / Attributes Required**:

- Queensland Real Estate Licence **(essential)**:

- Excellent communication skills, including telephone, and ability to build rapport easily with clients
- Effective administration
- Meeting deadlines with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Good computer skills and knowledge with aptitude to learn new systems.
- Proven ability to take ownership, demonstrate initiative and problem solve
- Can do attitude
- Team player
