KB Food Co is Australia's largest seafood company and one of the most awarded & successful food service operators. We provide over 30,000 tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

Our brands include KB Seafood Co, Just Caught Frozen Seafood, KB’s, By George and Kailis Bros, which is used under license, and we have over 2,700 active products in the market.

**About the Role**:
The role will be primarily responsible for monitoring customer orders and to ensure effective delivery of goods in full and on time to the customer.

The position will be **Permanent Full time **and based in Coolaroo, Victoria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor customer orders to ensure they are delivered in full, on time and ensure that any delays communicated directly to the relevant stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of orders for all customers.
- Liaise with production, warehousing and transport to ensure maximum service levels/delivery of stock.
- Pro-actively work with all business teams and units to resolve issues and minimize impact to customer.
- Establish effective internal customer relationships with all parties both internal and external of the organization to facilitate delivery of internal and external customer service.
- Measure and monitor the level of internal and external customer service.
- Timely communication to all stakeholders on all stock related matters.
- Manage all administrative duties for the site, including the ordering of stationery and staff food supplies.
- Placing and managing purchase orders where applicable

**Skills & Experience**:

- Tertiary qualifications in International Business or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Previous order processing experience and ERP experience preferred, but not essential
- High level of computer literacy including MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
