**Trainer/Assessor - CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations**
Are you an experienced and qualified RTO Trainer passionate about delivering high-quality security training? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Trainer and Assessor to join our team, focusing on the delivery of the **CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations**. This role is based in **Melbourne**.
**About the Role**
The Trainer/Assessor will play a key role in delivering and assessing the **CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations** and other associated qualifications as part of a nationally recognised RTO. This position involves a combination of face-to-face, online, and blended learning approaches.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver high-quality training and assessment for the **CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations** and other RTO courses as required.
- Facilitate webinars and provide ongoing support, advice, and guidance to enrolled and prospective students.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with students to encourage progression and successful completion of their training programs.
- Collaborate with RTO administration and recruitment teams to manage student enrolment and results updates.
- Plan, organise, and participate in Professional Development and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Assist in reviewing and improving course content to ensure compliance and relevance, providing structured feedback for enhancements.
- Travel to client and airport locations for course delivery, professional development, and compliance reviews as required.
- Participate in RTO validation and compliance activities to maintain high standards in training delivery and student satisfaction.
**Minimum Criteria**:
- **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** - **TAE40122** (or equivalent qualification).
- **Certificate II in Security Operations - CPP20218**:
- Valid **Private Security Individual License** with **Trainer Activity** endorsement.
- Experience in delivering **CPP20218 Certificate II in Security Operations** or equivalent qualifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in the security industry with up-to-date practical knowledge of security equipment and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience facilitating webinars and online training sessions confidently and effectively.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
