**Endress+Hauser Australia **has an exciting opportunity available for a Field Service Technician for our West Australian team. The objective of this role is to minimise customer downtime and increase customer satisfaction of Endress+Hauser instrumentation and services in an efficient, safe, quality, and cost-effective manner.

**Role + Responsibilities**:

- Professional preparation for service visits
- Travel to customer site to assist with commissioning, maintenance, repair, diagnosis and upgrade/update of instrumentation
- Root cause analysis and 1 st fix resolution for onsite fault diagnosis and repair
- Carrying out a Take 5 and/or JSEA prior to the commencement of any job
- Present a professional company and personal image to customers
- Develop and maintain a minimum level of knowledge of Endress+Hauser products
- Actively seek opportunities for the sale of company products and feedback to leads to the sales department

**Qualification + Profile**:

- Knowledge and a high level of competence in all aspects of industrial instrumentation, with an in-depth knowledge of Endress+Hauser instruments would be advantageous
- 5 years field service experience would be ideal
- Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation disciplines
- Certificate III in Industrial instrumentation
- A good understanding of industrial plant and machinery and the processes monitored and controlled by process instrumentation is essential
- Experience in commissioning of industrial plants
- Previous experience using a CRM tool would be highly regarded
- Restricted Electrical license is a requirement for the role
- Driver’s license and ability to travel, essential
