**About the Role**

We are hiring **multiple** **Field Service Technicians**on a **casual basis** to support field service operations in **WA and QLD**. This role is ideal for hands-on professionals with a strong technical background, a focus on safety, and the flexibility to respond to service requests on short notice.

**Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to)**:

- Respond to on-site service requests across various locations in WA and QLD
- **Perform fault diagnosis and troubleshooting** on systems, including:

- **Chillers**:

- **Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)**:

- **Commissioning** of new systems and equipment
- **Maintenance** and servicing of existing systems
- **Software and firmware upgrades** for equipment
- Collect and document technical data from field operations
- Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Strictly follow EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) protocols and procedures
- Provide timely reports and updates on service activities and technical issues

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum **1 year of field service experience**:

- Experience working with both **High Voltage (HV)** and **Low Voltage (LV)** systems
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in complex systems
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- **White Card** (Construction Induction Training)
- Valid **First Aid and CPR certification**:

- **Full Driver’s License**:

- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance

**Desirable Attributes**
- Experience with **Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)**:

- Familiarity with **renewable energy technologies** (solar, wind, etc.)
- Strong EHS knowledge and safe work practices
- Ability to work independently in remote and dynamic environments
- Flexibility to respond to service calls on an on-call or short-notice basis

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
