**What this opportunity involves**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Ambassador who will be part of the Workplace Experience team, to drive and increase customer satisfaction. This individual is the go-to-person for all workplace engagement matters. The Ambassador actively manages and coordinates to drive superior levels of employee experience and engagement and ensures that a seamless consistent level of service is provided at every user touchpoint.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:
Conduct a site-walk daily with the checklist, looking out for defects and manage any hazardous objects accordingly maintaining cleanliness, safety and overall superior appearance
Ensure that the meeting rooms are in ‘ready-to-use’ condition whenever unoccupied
Understand the pulse of the workplace and ensure the companies values are reflected in all actions
Build a greater sense of community and stakeholder engagement to increase collaboration
Organise events with a sense of community and purpose; plan events and activities to bring everybody together
To be attuned with customer, build and establish relationship with stakeholders across all levels

You possess a friendly, pleasant, and energetic personality, who enjoys providing excellent customer service. Proven competencies supporting a team and interacting with client staff and vendors is essential. You will have a customer-oriented attitude, manage multiple and complex operational matters daily - prioritisation is key Finally, you will demonstrate and ensure to instil a culture in the team that match our ‘I am JLL’ core behaviours and values of being an Safety, Expert, Proactive, Innovative, Team Player and valuing the customer.
