**Job Title**

Workplace Coordinator
**Job Description Summary**
- Meet and greet visitors and service providers to the office.
- Provide assistance to Facilities Manager to meet the SLA’s set out for the Property Function.
- Review and process invoices, including dealing with accounting queries & overdue invoices.
- Champion the Workplace, Sustainability and HSW Initiatives for the Country in line with the firm’s strategy along with the Facility Manager. Monthly HSW report.
- Develop and manage a strong relationship with the Vendor partners along with the Facility Manager.
- Manage formal and professional communications protocol with Staff on behalf of the Property Function.
- Periodic generation of required reports including service records and MIS for the Property Function.
- Attend and minute Periodic meetings with the Client team, suppliers and stake holders.
- Mail Room Management including receiving, tracking and handing over of mails to the relevant teams.
- establish and conduct workplace improvement initiative in line with the CRES agenda.
- Raise purchase orders.
