**What this opportunity involves**:
JLL is seeking a dynamic Workplace Coordinator to support our client's workplace operations. As part of our team, you'll help create efficient and welcoming office environments while enjoying professional growth and personalized benefits.
**Overview of the role**:
Manage reception, mailroom, facilities, and janitorial duties
Implement workplace programs aligned with client needs
Coordinate with property management and onsite vendors
Oversee workplace quality and cleanliness
Manage work order systems and customer support
Coordinate logistics for events and meetings
Handle procurement of office supplies and swag
**Sound like you? This is what we're looking for**:
Experience in reception, mailroom, facilities, or related roles
Knowledge of workplace management systems
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects
Facilities management or workplace coordination experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Event coordination experience
Proficiency in Apple software, Google Suite, and Slack
