**Role Overview**:
As a Membership Consultant, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for our members and prospective clients. You will work closely with the Club Manager to maintain our high standards, support membership growth, and ensure a safe, professional environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Membership Onboarding & Retention**:

- Greet members and visitors, resolve queries, and make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Reach out to members for retention purposes and assist in maintaining the Clubwise retentions task list.
- **Membership Sales**:
Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing plans to grow membership. Support community and corporate outreach initiatives and help achieve monthly KPIs.
- **Club Operations**:
Assist in managing club activities, including security, daily sales closure, and administration tasks. Ensure the club is well-maintained and complies with company policies and relevant legislation.Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and attentively addressing members' needs.**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Customer Service**:

- **Essential Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Senior First Aid and CPR Certification
- Basic sales skills and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working With Children Check
- Current Police check
- **Desirable**:

- Certificate III/IV in Fitness
- Experience in a gym environment

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Friendly, energetic demeanour with strong customer service skills
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
