**About the role**

As our Servicing & Retention Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and you will work with the Club Manager on the day-to-day running of the club. The role will include driving and managing club sales, administration duties, driving member engagement and appreciation programs, and overseeing gym operations. This will be a shared position that aims to increase the club's profitability and overall performance of the business.

- First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic
- Passion for the industry and changing peoples lives
- Sales and marketing experience
- Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performance teams
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
- ** Preferred but not essential - **Experience working for Anytime Fitness.
