Violin Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated violin teacher to join our growing music school in Term 3.

We are a small school that has been in the area for over 12 years. Focusing on a traditional approach to learning through encouraging practice, commitment and an emphasis on a well rounded learning experience.

Teacher Requirements and Responsibilities
- A minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Comfortable teaching a variety of genres
- Familiar with the AMEB syllabus
- The ability to teach and unlock the potential of students of all ages and skill levels
- Exhibit punctuality, reliability and the ability to work independently
- Develop and implement personalised lesson plans for each student
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents
- Strong ability to teach and engage students in a positive manner
- Have a genuine love of music and nurturing the enjoyment of music in students
- Comprehensive knowledge of their instrument / all styles of music, and must be able to impart this knowledge to our students.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
