Star Aviation is Australia’s most dedicated Ground Handler, providing services to over 22 domestic and international airlines across ten airports nationwide. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Airport Manager to join our team in Sydney.

**About the role**
The Airport Manager plays a vital role in leading our operations and team at Sydney Airport. This role is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of all airport activities being conducted by the Star team, with a strong focus on operational, financial and safety objectives, whilst ensuring staff training and development is undertaken in line with our values of safety, teamwork, accountability, innovation and customer experience.

**Skills and Experience Required to be successful in the role**Previous experience in a Management position
Prior experience in an Airport and/or Ground Services environment
Highly developed people leadership skills including performance management, coaching, mentoring and development
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Able to adapt to changing priorities and situations
Customer focused with excellent relationship building skills
Proven track record of achieving KPI targets
Proficient analytical, reasoning and problem solving skills
Past experience in developing standard operating procedures
Reliable, punctual and have a high level of organisational skills
Be safety focused with a positive attitude
Fluent in spoken and written English

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
