Your opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to join our Sydney team. You will be responsible for ensuring the property(s) is managed in a premium condition with high quality levels of presentation and operation. In addition, this role is accountable for the timely delivery of internal reporting, the accurate management of property-related information and the co-ordination of customer-centric initiatives throughout the property(s).
Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Contribute to the Strategic Asset Plan for the property(s) and ensure all items are executed in line with agreed budget and timeframes.
Assist in managing the asset(s) to ensure high quality of presentation and operation.\
Contribute to Co-Owner Reporting requirements to ensure compliance with Co-Owner Agreements.\
Provide assistance to the portfolio team for co-ordination of leasing, marketing, branding and customer engagement initiatives.\Assist in preparation and delivery of internal reporting requirements including budgets, strategic asset plans and monthly reporting
Ensure accuracy of all internal systems including preparation of tenancy schedules, invoice processing and stack plans.
Review and manage lease-related documentation such as leases, arrears, insurance certificates and bank guarantees.\
Along with the Property Administration Manager, actively administer lease documents, manage retail trading performance and ensure monthly rental is collected on a timely basis.
Work with the Asset Manager to successfully complete an annual Strategic Leasing Plan.
Maintain responsibility for accurate and timely forecasting on a monthly (accrual) basis including provision and analysis of variance commentary and recommendation for corrective action.
Drive strong customer relationships through the property(s).
Your point of difference
Moderate experience in the property/retail industry and demonstrated understanding of the preparation and ongoing management of Property/Centre Income and Expenditure Budgets on an accrual basis
Commercial/financial acumen and proficiency in property forecasting tools is highly desirable
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Real Estate, Property Economics, Commerce or equivalent is highly desirable.\
Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is highly desirable
High level of IT proficiency
Demonstrated ability to provide input into strategic plans
A strong understanding of relevant legislation
