**We will count on you to**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization.
- Utilize your technical knowledge to understand the client's needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.
- Ensure all client communications, reports, and documentation are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Lead and coordinate projects related to the client account, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and are completed on schedule.
- Work closely with senior management and our placement team to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive account growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the client and internal teams.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to the client.

**What you need to have**:

- Valid Insurance Brokers license.
- Strong experience in risk management client accounts.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- 8+ years of experience in insurance broking.
- Prior experience in complex client accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Tier 1 Compliant.
