About the Role
Lendlease is searching for a Team Assistant to join our South Australian Team, assisting a within head office located in the CBD. As Team Assistant you will directly support the administration and executive team.
- As Team Assistant you will gain an understanding of the team’s priorities and commitments in order to manage reception, organise and coordinate meeting rooms, managing stock levels, along with other general team-based administration.
The role will involve the production and distribution of correspondence as well as assisting in the preparation of presentations, communications, reports and team events. You will be interfacing with the Client, consultants, trade partners and other stakeholders throughout the project.
To be successful you will need:

- Experienced Executive/Team/ Personal Assistant with a good attention to detail that is able to work comfortably within a busy team environment.
- Strong computer literacy
- Autonomous, organised individual, with the ability to take initiative, and able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders.
- Flexible approach and ability to prioritise
