**Description**:
Recruitment Advisor
We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team at Consolidated Minerals. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in attracting top talent across both site-based and corporate functions.
About the Role
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue
- and white-collar roles, from advertising through to offer.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines to support future workforce planning.
- Conduct regular site visits to foster strong relationships and gain insights into operational recruitment requirements.
- Support the development and execution of workforce planning strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment of blue-and white-collar positions, ideally within the mining or resources sector.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for finding the right people for the right roles.
- Pro-active nature, with the ability to meet operational deadlines.
- High attention to detail and excellent record keeping skills
- Exposure to Workforce Planning.
