**Recruitment Advisor - Contract Part-Time**

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Contract Recruitment Advisor to join our team at Georgiou in Osborne Park, Western Australia. With a big pipeline of work and the need for additional recruitment resources we are in a position to hire an additional recruitment advisor to assist our project teams in resourcing their projects with exceptional talent.
- As the Recruitment Advisor you will be integral to the continual improvement and overall success of Georgiou Engineering. Within the role you will work closely with the Project Managers to deliver high quality recruitment activity and advice to efficiently resource our projects. Your key accountabilities will be;- Manage all aspects of blue collar recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and mobilizing to site.
- Work closely with our Project Managers to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implements improvements to staff processes
- Build strong and supportive relationships with people in all areas of the company to create positive, solution focused results
- Drive recruitment initiatives, strategies and objectives to ensure consistency across the business.

Previous experience in an internal recruitment role with a focus on hiring White Collar Personnel and some blue collar roles such as operators and trades is preferred. Proven focus on building relationships and having a bigger picture approach is key to be selected and successful in this role.
