We are currently seeking a Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

This part time position will have the opportunity to work within a great team at a large resort, working 22hrs per week.

**About the role**:

- Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
- Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
- Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
- Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Hourly rate (excluding super):
Monday - Saturday: $32.25 per hour

Sunday: $38.70 per hour
**Qualifications** Successful applicants will have**:

- Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
- A passion for delivering exceptional service;
- Strong time management skills;
- An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
- Excellent interpersonal and communications;
- Availability work work a variety of shifts as required, including weekends and public holidays
