We are looking for an experienced and driven **National Operations Leader** to lead our Operations team across Australia as we continue to thrive, grow and expand. You will oversee the performance, efficiency, and growth of our venues nationwide. You'll be responsible for setting operational strategy, coaching State & Regional leaders, optimising processes, and ensuring we deliver a consistent and exceptional customer experience across every location.

This is a senior leadership role requiring cross-functional collaboration with departments such as Talent, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Projects. You will report directly to the General Manager
- Operations, and lead a team of State & Regional Leaders.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, mentor, and coach State & Regional Leaders, creating a culture of growth and success.
- Lead day-to-day venue operations across all regions, ensuring KPI performance across sales, food safety compliance, labour, Cost of Goods and customer experience.
- Take ownership of P&L performance - from financial results to operational excellence.
- Monitor and optimise labour efficiency, food costs, and operational budgets.
- Develop and execute operational playbooks, SOPs, and process improvements to support scalable growth.
- Collaborate on local marketing initiatives to connect with communities and boost sales.
- Support new venue openings, ensuring seamless launches in line with Yo-Chi standards.
- Help set the strategic direction within Operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 5+ years of senior operations leadership experience in QSR, Hospitality or Retail.
- A people-first leader who thrives on developing teams and fostering connection.
- Financially savvy, with a track record of managing P&Ls and driving profitability.
- Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented, ready to tackle a fast-paced environment.
- Expert in food safety standards, customer experience and compliance.
- Willingness for regular interstate travel
