We're looking for a sharp-eyed Quality Analyst to join our Engineering team and own the quality experience across our product stack. This role is perfect for someone early in their QA career who thrives on details, understands user impact, and wants to test the future - not just break things. You’ll play a critical role in making sure every release meets the bar, and every bug stops before it ships.

**What You’ll Do**
- Plan and execute end-to-end test cycles across new features and product updates.
- Build regression test suites and perform exploratory testing across web and APIs.
- Log and triage bugs with clarity, collaborating closely with Engineering and Product.
- Own smoke testing and release sign-offs to support frequent, high-confidence deployments.
- Bring a QA mindset into early sprint planning to prevent defects before they happen.
- Track test coverage and help the team catch gaps before they catch users.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years’ experience in QA or testing roles within fast-moving tech teams.
- Comfortable testing web apps, APIs and data-driven features.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Linear, Jira) and testing documentation.
- Curiosity for how things work - and determination to break what doesn’t.
- A collaborative mindset - you work well with engineers, not just test them.
- Bonus: Exposure to automation tools or writing simple test scripts.
