**Exciting Team Leader Opportunity in Perth**

**About the Role**:

- **Location**: Based in Perth and surrounds, with the opportunity to travel across the country once every quarter.
- **Incentives & Commisions**: Earn money on top of your base salary
- **Job Duties**: Lead and support a sales team in signing people up for our charity partners on memberships and monthly subscriptions. Assist in setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring team success.

**What You Need to Succeed**:

- At least 1 year of experience in charity sales and a passion for leading others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide your team and inspire them to achieve their goals.
- Willingness to travel and support your team in various locations.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and development.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Signing bonus

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

- Australia (required)
