We are seeking a dedicated, bold, and resilient **Performance Enhancement Officer** to be to be part of a successful team of Performance Enhancement Officers and Service Agreement and Systems Support Officers that strive for improved customer and business outcomes. In this role, you will implement end-to-end processes that support the business to understand what revenue exists at any given point in time and how that supports can be delivered in the most cost-effective way, meeting required GP margins, whilst delivering the best outcomes possible for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse financial data to identify revenue gaps or overspend in Direct Labour.
- Review profit and loss statements.
- Identify areas in Support Services where cost efficiencies can be increased
- Work with the Financial Planning team to address risk.
- Ensure operations adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.

**About you**
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- High level computer literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software systems.
- Sound knowledge of best practice, and the statutory and regulatory framework including NDIS.
- Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practice.
- Sound knowledge of the Disability sector and NDIS framework.
