- Chullora (2190) Location - free on site parking available - Hybrid after probation (1-2 days working from home)
- Fixed-Term 8 month contract with opportunity to extend
- Full Time Role Mon - Fri 9:30am - 6:00pm
- Salary expectation - $65,000 - $75,000 package per annum including superannuation

**The role**:
At NESS Super we’re an industry super fund dedicated to electricians and trades people and there’s a **SPECIAL**NESS in how we look after our members.

Reporting to the Team Leader this person will be responsible to ensure that all inbound customer queries are resolved. You’ll be the **SUPER**hero answering all the questions from our members and employers about their super.

You will be responsible for:

- Answering inbound calls and web chat contact from members, employers and other stakeholders
- Proactively initiate contact with members and employers through outbound calls (warms leads)
- Webchat
- Manage and resolve member and employer concerns and complaints
- Other as advised

**About You**:

- Call centre experience preferred
- Excellent English communication skills
- Tech savvy and comfortable navigating around several programs
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Active listening skills
- Super/Finance experience will be highly regarded
