At **Kinatico**, we’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be the voice of Kinatico — engaging new customers, upselling our existing customers with our suite of SaaS products, and ensuring every interaction delivers value. Working with a shared portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses, you’ll help them see how our solutions can make their workplaces safer, smarter, and more compliant.

**About you**:

- Passionate about helping customers and solving real-world problems
- Motivated by targets and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Tech-savvy and eager to grow in a SaaS business
- Positive, proactive, and thrives both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a customer-facing role (inside sales, customer service, or retail)
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office
- Willing to learn, grow, and make a real impact

**DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT**

**Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Managing and nurturing a sales pipeline through the full sales cycle
- Conducting discovery calls to identify business needs and challenges
- Presenting Kinatico’s SaaS products, focusing on value and ROI
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
