About the role

We are looking for a Retail Technology Specialist to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Product release pipeline according to the release strategy, incorporating resolved defects, change requests and project demands
- Actively identify problems from incidents and manage problems to resolution
- Prepare and maintain individual retail Product roadmaps.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with external vendors and suppliers.
- Advocate for the Products and provide guidance and Product functional/technical knowledge to Business users.
- Actively consult with Business stakeholders to understand current and future business needs

About you
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (such as Business, IT, Engineering, Accounting) or significant equivalent workplace experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of Retail Operations (sales, inventory management, warehousing, supply chain) preferred
- Experience in managing the implementation of continuous delivery practices, defining the roadmap, articulating the benefits and managing changes needed for both teams
- Strong communication skills: able to convey complicated technology concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels
- Strong influencing, collaboration and organisational skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce module (MPOS/Store Commerce) (desired)
- Knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Operations and/or On-line retail commerce and/or agriculture business (desired)
