- Contract Length: 6 months with the possibility of extending long term
- Pay: From $35 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a happy, calm and patient nanny to assist a busy family in Paddington QLD. The nanny will be responsible for caring for a happy and inquisitive 11 month old baby boy.

**The days and normal hours are 3 days - 18 hours**

Monday 8am -12pm / 7.30am-4.30pm from Jan

Wednesday 8am -12pm

Friday 8am -12pm

Starting with 12 hours initially and increasing to 18 hours by Jan 22.

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- Care for the child
- Provide routine and structure
- Provide age appropriate activities (plan, engage, play)
- Take the baby out for walks/park/playground etc and to swimming, gymnastics etc.
- Prep meals and snacks for the baby
- Light Household duties ie such as unpacking/stacking dishwasher,clearing up meals and tidying away of toys.

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- 3 years + experience as a nanny or working in child care
- Childcare qualification (preferred though not essential)
- Young baby experience
- Have a current first aid certificate
- Have a current working with children’s check number
- Display strong communication skills and speak English
- To be fit, healthy and active
- Non smoking
- Full drivers licence and clean driving record preferred
