A loving family in Brisbane City, QLD are seeking a kind, calm and experienced nanny to care for their two girls (Aged 4yrs and 20 months).

**The days and normal hours are:

- 22-26 hours per week**

**WEEK 1**:

- MONDAY: 3:30PM-7:30PM- TUESDAY: 3:30PM-7:30PM- WEDNESDAY 3:30PM-7:30PM- THURSDAY 3:30PM-7:30PM (16HOURS)- FRIDAY 3:30PM-9:30PM (6 HOURS)- SATURDAY 3:30PM-7:30PM- TOTAL HOURS = 26 HOURS**WEEK 2**:

- MONDAY: 3:30PM-7:30PM- TUESDAY: 3:30PM-7:30PM- WEDNESDAY 3:30PM-7:30PM- THURSDAY 3:30PM-7:30PM- FRIDAY 3:30PM-7:30PM- SATURDAY 3:30PM-9:30PM- TOTAL HOURS = 22 HOURSPossibility of a Thursday full day to be added in a few months time. This will add an extra 11 hours to the week.

Option to also travel with the family on occasion

An ideal nanny would have a positive and friendly outlook, is gentle, kind calm and nurturing. Someone who is patient and has a genuine passion and love for children. A nanny that is reliable, flexible, responsible and trustworthy. Communicates and manages expectations well and is responsive.

Additionally you will be attentive, proactive and an easy going nanny. Enjoys engaging and having fun with the children, spending time indoors and outdoors and providing stimulating and creative playful activities which will support the children’s learning milestones and development.

Prior professional experience as a nanny or in child care caring for babies and preschoolers and working with multiple children of such a young age at once is highly advantageous for this role.

The family are looking for a nanny who can build a lovely bond with their family and stay on a long term basis.

The nanny must be comfortable with the parents at home

**The carer’s responsibilities for this role will be as follows -**
- To care for the children
- Follow the children's routines
- Pick up the children from child care (Occasional)
- Play and engage age appropriate creative activities to assist in the children’s development
- Light household duties ie help to tidy the childrens’ bedrooms and put away toys or pack up activities after they have finished. The priority is the care of the children but helping to keep the areas that the children eat or play in tidy
- Laundry Putting dirty clothes in the clothes basket - no cleaning or laundry/ ironing required
- Assist with meal prep for the family (Occasional and nothing too involved)
- Grocery shopping (picking up the odd thing) occasionally

**The family’s expectations from their nanny are -**
- 3+ years experience as a Nanny or working in childcare
- Have a current Blue Card
- Current First Aid
- Display strong communication skills
- Physically healthy and active
- Non smoking
- Basic Cook
- Able to swim
- Full drivers licence and clean driving record
