We’re looking for caring, reliable Female Support Workers with experience of supporting people with Epilepsy to join our team that supports NDIS participants with complex needs, and physical and mental health disabilities across the Parramatta area.

**What You’ll Do**:
Support daily personal care and routines

Assist with community access and appointments

Encourage independence and work toward life goals

Build respectful, trust-based relationships

Provide appropriate support if participant got seizure

**Female Support Worker - Epilepsy Experience Preferred**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable **Female** **Support Worker** to join our team, providing high-quality care to individuals living with epilepsy and other support needs.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy (Epilepsy training highly desirable)
- Strong communication skills with a calm and compassionate approach
- Availability of at least **8 hours per week** (more hours available)
- **Work rights in Australia** (required)
- **Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance** (essential)
- Hold a **Certificate III in Individual Support**, **Certificate IV in Ageing Support**, or a **relevant qualification**
