Our client is a leading iconic global furniture company that specialises in luxury home decor. They are well regarded due to their quality products and aspirational designs and are on a growth journey expanding into new markets.

This role will suit an experienced UX/UI Lead who can be responsible for the management and improvement of the online customer experience. This role has a focus on research and testing using a variety of data sources and will create designs for experience problems and solutions.

Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, you will work both independently and collaboratively with the wider business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Create UX artefacts such as wireframes, customer journeys maps, user flows, sketches and interactive prototypes
- Use both qualitative and quantitative data sources and types and to inform the design and improvement of digital products and experiences
- Scope, plan and conduct concept and user testing sessions
- Produce detailed wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design solutions to stakeholders and developers
- Own and execute all visual design stages from concept to delivery including the page layout and component design through to creative visuals

To be successful within this role, you will have:

- 2+ years working in a Senior or Lead UX/UI role with a background in design
- Proficiency in Figma and experience designing end-to-end, from developing personas, wireframing, prototyping to high fidelity designs
- An experimentation and problem-solving mindset
- Comfort conducting user research and testing your design solutions, along with synthesising data
- Ability to present your designs and the considerations behind those designs
