We are currently working with several clients in the consulting and asset owner space that are now looking to add additional capability to their teams.

As such we are currently searching for several electrical engineers, designers and drafters across the Greater Brisbane area.

**The Positions**:

- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to deliver on project goals.
- Work with key stakeholders including clients, vendors and project managers and senior leaders.
- Produce high-quality electrical and control system design drawings including but not limited to:

- Single Line Diagrams
- Three Line Diagrams
- Schematic Drawings
- Termination Drawings
- Instrument Loop Diagrams
- Instrument Schedules
- Equipment Schedules
- Cable Schedules
- Indicative Switchboard General Arrangements
- Cable Route Drawings including integrating site survey plans conducted by surveyors
- Provide Design Support for Electrical Engineers
- Develop and manage standard designs and part libraries
- Carry out quality checks and procedures
- Site Inspections to audit and collect site information such as site layouts and other information
- As-Built Documentation and Handover
- Undertake all responsibilities in a safe manner.

**About you**
- Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Drafting or equivalent
- Electricians License - highly regarded
- Current Driver’s License
- Typically, 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Experienced working with relevant Australian Standards, local regulations and client standards.
- Advanced level of experience with AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel and related programs.
- Experience working within an engineering consultancy, or in a design role for a contractor or asset owner. Experience in the Water industry is preferred.
- Understanding and demonstrated experience in developing standards, conceptual, and detailed design, and design management of Electrical infrastructure, particularly relating to the water utility sector or similar.
- Design background in LV and ELV electrical systems, PLC/telemetry and Instrumentation and Control.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
