An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic and proactive Operations Supervisor to join our renowned Property & Asset Management team, managing a stunning A-grade mixed-use development.
You will provide support in the management of contractors, the co-ordination of works within the buildings, statutory compliance, procedures, and risk management, with an emphasis on building and maintaining superior client relationships.
A snapshot of the role.
Providing 6-star customer service.
Engaging stakeholders to ensure that on site client expectations are met.
Ensuring vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget.
Planning and managing all contracts to ensure that they are professionally delivered at the right costs.
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations with respect to fire, health, and safety standards.
Building presentation.
Ensuring escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures are adhered to.
Assisting the team to ensure all Sustainability targets are met.

A customer-centric mindset is important as you'll be serving the needs of tenants/ clients and creating a positive workplace experience. Excellent customer service skills, responsiveness, and the ability to proactively address concerns are crucial.
A clear and proven understanding of WH&S and risk management are a must have, along with commercial facilities/ workplace or operations experience.
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to navigate and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels and you are positive and tenacious in your daily approach.
