**About the role**
Right now, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join the team at FIP Group.

You will be responsible for:

- Supervise and coordinate all required logistic and mobilisation activities required to successfully receive and integrate all new PLS employees into their nominated site of employment.
- Ensure compliance and costings associated with business activities are approved.
- Actively track and monitor information in order to drive continuous improvement across business workflows to achieve KPI’s.
- Supervise assigned team activities in coordination to achieve agreed service outcomes.
- Facilitate internal audit processes.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure overall operational excellence.
- Maintain department records inline with policies and procedures.
- Conduct bi-annual internal client satisfactory surveys to support PIL department continuous improvement

**About you**
To be successful in this role you will be a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business at all levels. You will be career focused with the drive to take on further opportunities and challenges as they rise.

You will also have:

- 4+ years of operational supervision experience.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge of QA / QC principles.
- Working experience of budgets and P&Ls.
- Diploma in HR/Management.
