We are looking for a Junior Cost & Schedule Analyst to provide robust cost and schedule analysis support to the Programs department. You will be responsible for liaising with relevant stakeholders, undertaking regular reviews of information and sources, contributing to Programs' monthly performance reporting to the Board, and providing scheduling support to business development activity. You will also contribute to the enhancement of PMO processes & business systems and provide internal training to project team members on applicable procedures and systems.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Experience with Open Plan Professional (or Primavera P6, MS Project Server), scheduling of Defence Acquisition (or other complex) projects, and experience in a Project Manufacturing environment would be highly regarded, but not critical.

In this role, you will face the key challenge of coordinating the achievement of defined timelines by safely and effectively managing time and resources given competing priorities within a dynamic and complex operating environment. You will establish and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of business objectives.
