About the role:
The Junior Finance Officer will be an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual joining Turium's Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing project time tracking, raising and following up on client invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also support accounts management and contract administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track time allocation for projects to ensure accurate billing and project cost management.
- Prepare, raise, and issue client invoices based on tracked project time and deliverables. Follow up on outstanding payments to maintain cash flow
- Reconcile accounts to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Accurately maintain and update financial records, including invoices, bills, and contract details.
- Manage and maintain contract documentation, ensuring compliance and easy access for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, supporting project analysis, and completing ad hoc tasks as required by the Finance Manager or executive team.

About you:

- You hold a tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other financial software tools.
- Confident working autonomously, taking ownership of responsibilities, and proactively solving problems.
- Skilled at communicating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- A collaborative team player with a drive to deliver results for the business.
