Marketing Coordinator

**Job summary..**

Reporting to and supported by the Marketing & Community Engagement Manager, this role focuses on driving brand awareness, increasing patron engagement and profitable foot traffic, and promoting the club’s services, events, and community initiatives, ensuring marketing activities are executed in-line with the Club’s, strategic objectives and key culture messages both internally and to the broader community.

**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

- **
- Planning, organisation, activation and follow up of promotional activities.
- Promotional Terms & Conditions in line with gaming guidelines & legislation.
- Creation and implementation of printed & non-printed, in-house and external collateral and advertising /liaising with external stakeholders and agencies.
- Collaboration with the Marketing & Community Engagement Manager and relevant departments to ensure marketing messages are current, consistent, correct and on point.
- Social media and digital communications management.
- Data preparation & analysis for EDM’s, board reports
- In-person coordination and/or assistance with Club promotions, events and activities as necessary.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

**About You..**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communications (or proven experience).
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Marketing Coordinator (ideally in a Club or Hospitality environment).
- Advanced computer literacy, with experience in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, Illustrator, Corel, Access and Photo-shop.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Creative and innovative, with the ability to implement current communication techniques.
- All forms of Social Media Experience and electronic Marketing are essential.
- Experience in maintaining/promoting company website.
- The ability to work unsupervised and meet strict deadlines.
- Work 38 hours, 9am-5pm onsite weekdays (with some evening/weekend work required to co-ordinate promotions & events as necessary).
