**Administration Assistant**
**Monday - Friday**
**8.30am - 5pm in Narrabeen Head Office**

Seniors want to age in place in their own home. They want to avoid the Nursing Home. We help them do that with quality in-home aged care.

We are seeking a driven and motivated Administration Officer to provide admin support to six (6) Care Managers. This role can transition into a Care Manager role.

The successful applicant will work collaboratively with our Care Managers to deliver person-centred care.

This role requires great admin skills, the ability to prioritise and a high-level of organisational skills.

**Key responsibilities in this role are**:

- Promptly documenting all communication with Caregivers & clients;
- General data entry, writing Client Care Plans, updating registers, and maintaining client/caregiver records; and

**To be considered for this role, it is essential you have**:

- Excellent administration skills - if you love admin - this is a job for you
- If you love helping people, our Care Managers want you
- High level of computer experience using programs like Microsoft Outlook and Word & Excel (we will provide full training in our own database).
- Experience working in an office environment with the ability to change direction due to priority changes.
- Strong customer service skills, friendly telephone manner and great organisational skills.
- Superior time management and attention to detail.
- A positive, happy, can-do attitude.

**Salary**: Up to $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Performance bonus
