**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently recruiting for an experienced
**Repair Performance Manager **to lead the skilled
**Moorabbin** team. The Repair Performance Manager is a key leader responsible for the success of the repair production team to deliver exceptional performance outcomes and standards at the individual Repairhub site.

**LOCATION: Unit 8 / 56 Keys Road, Moorabbin, VIC**

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**
- Previous experience in a similar site leadership position
- Trade qualification in either Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Drivers Licence
- Appropriate Australian working rights
