With operations across Australia, we are now looking for a **Data and Reporting Analyst** to join our team at Head Quarters. Based at our Newstead office, you will have the opportunity to refine our digital Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System - ‘The Beacon’.

You will be a forward-thinking individual with a high level of experience digitizing processes, workflows, and system administration within bespoke or fully configurable systems.

This role requires you to have back-end system configuration skills and experience within complex platforms, and will see you:

- developing and improving SMARTforms (Integrum software platform)
- simplifying digital processes
- standardising digital business processes across a range of business units
- establishing Business Intelligence reporting with both Yellowfin BI and Power BI platforms
- developing and publishing digital reporting dashboards
- improving the front-end user interface
- extend over time to support other digital platforms which may include Human Capital Management, eLearning, Asset Management, Contractor Management, etc.

You will preferably hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Safety Management, or a related discipline, and:

- be process oriented, data driven and focused on accuracy
- demonstrate experience in developing and improving digitized management systems
- have experience with Yellowfin BI and Power BI
- have HTML coding experience
- preferably have high level knowledge and experience with QHSE related business process
- preferably have experience in SMARTform development and workflows with Integrum QHSE Risk and Compliance software, or other fully configurable QHSE software systems
- possess a l mindset to continuously work towards long term strategic goals
