**About The Role**:
Due to a project, we are seeking to add this additional Reporting Analyst role to the team to support with BAU tasks. The role of the FP&A team is to provide financial co-ordination, analysis, reporting and advice to investment and support units.

The Reporting Analyst will be a vital member of our Process Performance & Analytics (PPA) team, which operates as a sub-team within the broader FP&A team. This role's primary focus is to deliver insightful reports to the wider FP&A team, utilising multiple data sources. Additionally, the Reporting Analyst will provide valuable support to Finance Business Partners by addressing planning system queries. The position is a blend of administering planning systems and delivering value-added reports to both FBP's and other teams. Other core accountabilities include:

- Design and build data models using Power query for large data sets to streamline reporting
- Design and build forms, SmartView’s, and FRS reports within EPM to automate reporting
- Co-ordinate the forecasting and reporting input requirements
- Prepare and rollover templates for allocation drivers and supporting workings
- Review, prepare and analyse QIC consolidated forecast results for reasonableness
- Provide technical troubleshooting and reporting support to end-users
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify modifications needed to meet changing user requirements
- Support the delivery of annual budget paper, forecast papers, adhoc analysis and key BAU reporting deliverables Management of core data within Oracle planning modules

**About You**:
You will have Tertiary education in Accounting, Finance or similar paired with your experience in a similar role within FP&A or a Reporting Team (within Finance Function). You will also present with:

- Experience in developing reports using multiple data sources within Finance
- Strong Excel modelling skills with knowledge of Power query, lookups and ability to manipulate large data sets
- Strong understanding of dimensionality in Oracle EPM or similar planning tool (TM1, SAP BPC etc).
- Strong interest in working within the Reporting & Analytics space
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and fast-paced environments, especially during busy periods.
- Experience with OACS reporting or PowerBI in a Finance setting is highly desirable
- Working towards or completed CA/CPA
- Experience working with third parties to resolve bugs and implement enhancements is desirable
