An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, professional and hardworking
**Planning Analyst** to join the dynamic Merchandise Planning team at Seed Heritage.
Reporting to the Merchandise Planner, this role includes managing the allocation process, distribution systems and sales/stock analysis across our Seed Australia and International stores and concession businesses.
**THE ROLE**
- Allocation of stock to all Seed concept, clearance, concession and online stores.
- Prioritising and focusing on Seed’s top 25 stores’ sales, stock mix and stock availability to ensure budgeted sales can be achieved
- Ensure core lines and styles with stock within the warehouse are replenished weekly
- Action national consolidations across stores and states as required and agreed by the planner
- Process markdowns and re-pricing
- Regular review and reporting of warehouse stocks for all regions
- Coordinate the weekly store sales reports, product performance reports and the GP report.
- Provide weekly sales and store data across all regions, coordinating with fellow Planning Analysts
**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- A tertiary qualification or equivalent in fashion, business, economics or finance is preferred
- Entry level role, exposure to working in a retail environment will be highly advantageous
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Confident with filters, sorting, creating formulas, pivot tables, vlookups)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
