We’re seeking a passionate Store Manager to join our team and help our discerning clientele. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and cultivate a team that embodies our commitment our core values. You will also play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer experience.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a passionate retail team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Drive sales and meet performance targets while maintaining the brand’s luxury experience.
- Oversee visual merchandising to showcase our garments.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, cleanliness and store operations efficiently.
- Represent and communicate the brand’s values, sustainability initiatives, and craftsmanship.
- Help plan and execute store events, VIP experiences, and community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including rostering, reporting, and sales management.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in **luxury fashion retail management** or a similar leadership role.
- A love for high-quality fashion and artisan craftsmanship.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to **motivate and develop a team**.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and sales abilities.
- Experience in visual merchandising and stock management.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to work weekends and key retail periods.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
