We are looking for someone who embodies not only the job requirements but everything Kookai. A leader that excels at customer service, leads by example, is a team player and a nurturing trainer and coach.

If you have previous leadership experience, are self-motivated and believe that your people are everything (team and customers) and are looking at furthering your fashion career, then this position is for you. Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Styling customers

Driving KPI’s

Recruiting and training

Visual merchandising

Managing store administration

Loss prevention

**Ideally, you have**:
Excellent customer service skills

Effective leadership and training abilities

Knowledge of working with KPI’s

Retail management experience
