The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Business Directors and Strategy leads to help push the creative boundaries of the agency output for existing clients and new business opportunities. Present innovative and differentiating ideas and concepts to clients. They will be responsible for the creative ownership, creative strategic development and overall concept development.

Role Purpose
In each project, you will ensure that outcomes are on budget, within brand, and incorporating current design trends. We are looking for someone who is passionate about purpose led and conceptual creative who has craft, strategy and thrives in story-telling. You are inspiring and can influence not only clients but internal teams to think outside the box.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the creative process from concept to completion for all brands
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies that are conceptual and purpose led
- Contribute to new business ensuring growth of revenue for agency
- Lead and direct the creative team in the ideation, creation, and production of all creative work to ensure a smooth process
- Lead idea strategy and development of all creative campaigns ensuring a consistent brand across channels
- Manage production timelines, vendor relationships, and quality or cost controls
- Communicate cross-functionally to understand creative needs
- Ensure all brand standards are met
- Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets
- Manage and cultivate a positive place of work where people can be themselves and showcase their true creative selves
A bit about you
- Experience in a Senior Creative or Creative Director role, specifically in agency dealing with multiple brands
- Proven experience contributing to and bringing in new business and growth of an company/agency
- Strong business & commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting expected brand standards
- Overseas and local experience (desired but not essential)
- A natural storyteller who can captive and influence through ideas and communication
- Ability to lead, mentor and grow a team
