Experienced Nominated Supervisor

**About Us**:
Open since 2010, Bankstown Childcare Academy is a 28 place long day care centre for children between the ages of 2 and 5. We pride ourselves in the nurturing, safe and collaborative environment we provide for children, parents and staff.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking an energetic, organised and friendly person to join our team as Nominated Supervisor.

**MUST**:

- **Have prior experience as nominated supervisor. Applications without this will not be considered.**:

- Possess a current NSW Working with Children's Check.
- Possess current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Possess national police check or willingness to obtain

**Requirements**:

- ACECQA approved ECT qualification or Diploma Qualification
- Has strong Knowledge of Early Years Learning Framework
- Has a strong understanding of policies, procedures and regulations
- Must have 3+ years of experience within the sector.
- Well versed in regulatory requirements
- Understanding of current pedagogical thinking and research
- Establish and maintains team relationship with early childhood educators
- Effective organisation and time management skills
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Energetic and Good Communicator
- Creative and Adaptable attitude
