Are you an experienced and passionate early childhood professional ready to take the next step in your career? **Toddlers Ink Childcare**, a **family-owned and operated 30-place centre** in Punchbowl, is looking for a dedicated **Educational Leader/Nominated Supervisor** to inspire and guide our team.

This is a unique opportunity to lead a small, supportive, and committed group of educators in a warm, family-focused environment where children truly come first.

**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Leading the educational program and ensuring high-quality practice across the centre
- Mentoring and supporting educators in curriculum planning and documentation
- Acting as Nominated Supervisor, ensuring compliance with NQF, EYLF, and all relevant regulations
- Building strong relationships with families, children, and staff
- Promoting a culture of reflection, growth, and continuous improvement

**What We're Looking For**:

- Diploma
- Experience as Educational Leader or in a leadership role in a childcare setting
- Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection certifications

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 27 per week
