We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Corporate Boardroom Attendant to join our professional services organization in Melbourne. As a key member of our corporate hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery in our executive boardrooms and meeting spaces.

**This is a Permanent Full Time position Monday to Friday, 38hrs per week. We offer a rotating roster from 7.30am 3.30pm and 10.00am to 6.00pm, no weekend or public holidays.**

**Duties may include**:

- Prepare and set up boardrooms and meeting spaces for executive-level gatherings, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place
- Manage food and beverage service, including coffee preparation and fine dining presentation
- Coordinate with catering services to ensure timely and high-quality meal deliveries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of boardrooms and adjacent areas
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and last-minute requests
- Barista skills and knowledge of beverage service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives and VIP guests
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Impeccable personal grooming and presentation standards
